In short:
- ZYNERO doesn't sell products, so there are no ZYNERO purchases to refund.
- Order refunds and cancellations are handled by the retailer.
- Cancelled, returned or refunded orders don't earn cashback.
- You can cancel a withdrawal request until it has been paid.
1. Overview
ZYNERO does not sell products or services and does not take payments from you. Because there is nothing you buy from ZYNERO, there is nothing to refund from us. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations of retailer orders, and of withdrawal requests, are handled.
2. Refunds and cancellations of retailer orders
When you buy from a retailer through ZYNERO, the order, payment, delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are all handled by that retailer under its own policies. To cancel an order or get a refund, contact the retailer directly. ZYNERO cannot cancel or refund retailer orders.
3. What happens to your cashback
- Cancelled orders — cashback is declined.
- Fully returned or refunded orders — cashback is declined.
- Partly returned or refunded orders — cashback is reduced to match the value you kept.
- Exchanges — handled as the retailer reports them; this may mean the original cashback is declined.
If a return happens after cashback has already been confirmed or paid, we may adjust it against your current or future cashback, as set out in our Cashback Policy.
4. Cancelling a withdrawal request
You can cancel a withdrawal request at any time before it has been paid by emailing support@zynero.in from the email address you use with ZYNERO. The amount goes back to your confirmed balance.
Once a UPI payout has been sent, it cannot be cancelled or recalled by ZYNERO. If a payout fails — for example because of an invalid UPI ID — the amount returns to your confirmed balance once we receive it back, and you can request it again with the correct details.
5. Credits made in error
If cashback is credited to you by mistake, we will correct it and let you know. If it has already been paid out, we may adjust it against future cashback.
6. Cancelling your membership
You can stop using ZYNERO and ask us to close your membership at any time by emailing support@zynero.in. Before closing, we'll help you withdraw any confirmed cashback of ₹100 or more. See our Privacy Policy for how we delete your data.
