Before you shop

Six habits that keep your cashback tracking.

Tracking depends on the retailer recognising that you came from ZYNERO. These steps give it the best chance.

Start from ZYNERO every time. Tap “Shop via ZYNERO” right before you buy, even if you have visited the store already.
Finish in one visit. Complete the payment in the same browser session you opened from ZYNERO.
Pause ad blockers. Some blockers and strict privacy modes stop the retailer from recording the visit.
Use only allowed coupons. Codes from other websites can cancel cashback. Check the offer's conditions.
Add items after clicking through. Items already in your cart before the visit may not track.
Keep your order email. You'll need the order ID and confirmation if you ever raise a missing-cashback query.
