Cashback Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. How cashback is earned

Retailers pay ZYNERO a commission for purchases that come through our links. Cashback is the share of that commission we pass on to you. It is shown on each offer as a percentage or a fixed amount, and is calculated on the value the retailer confirms — usually excluding taxes, shipping, gift wrap and other charges, unless the offer says otherwise.

2. Eligibility

A purchase is eligible when all of these are true:

• it starts from a “Shop via ZYNERO” link on a live offer;
• it is completed in the same visit, without leaving through another cashback, coupon or rewards website;
• it meets every condition shown on the offer card (for example, minimum order value, new-customer only, or excluded categories or payment methods);
• only coupons allowed by the offer are used;
• you are 18 or older, in India, and the purchase is genuinely yours.

3. Tracking

Tracking is the retailer recording that your order came from ZYNERO. It usually appears within the tracking time shown on the offer card. Tracking can fail if:

• an ad blocker, tracking protection or private browsing mode blocks the retailer's tracking;
• you switch browsers, devices or apps between clicking through and paying;
• you visit another cashback or coupon website before paying;
• items were already in your cart before you clicked through.

4. Statuses and confirmation

• Tracked — the retailer has recorded the order.
• Pending — waiting for the retailer's return or cancellation window to close.
• Confirmed — approved by the retailer and available towards a withdrawal.
• Declined — rejected by the retailer.
• Paid — sent to your UPI ID.

Confirmation time varies by retailer and is shown on each offer card. The retailer decides whether an order qualifies; ZYNERO pays cashback only on what the retailer confirms and pays us for.

5. When cashback is declined or reduced

• the order was cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded — fully or in part (partial returns reduce cashback proportionally);
• the order did not meet the offer's conditions;
• a coupon not allowed by the offer was used;
• the retailer identified the order as duplicate, fraudulent or placed in breach of its terms;
• the order was placed in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

If you believe cashback was declined by mistake, email support@zynero.in with your order details and we will raise it with the retailer.

6. Missing cashback

If an order hasn't tracked, wait until the offer's tracking time has passed, then contact us while the order is still within the retailer's confirmation period. Please include:

• the retailer's name, your order ID, order date and order amount;
• the retailer's order confirmation email or a screenshot of it;
• the email address you use with ZYNERO.

Send it to support@zynero.in or use the contact form. We will pass your claim to the retailer, but the final decision is theirs, and some retailers do not accept missing-cashback claims.

7. Withdrawals

• Minimum: ₹100 of confirmed cashback.
• Method: UPI only.
• Recipient: the UPI ID must be registered in your own name. We may ask you to verify it before paying.
• Accuracy: please double-check your UPI ID. If a payout fails, the amount is returned to your confirmed balance once we receive it back.
• We process withdrawal requests after verification and email you if we need anything else.

8. Changes to offers

Retailers can change or end their cashback programmes at any time, and offers may change or expire as a result. The offer terms in place when you clicked through apply to that purchase. Expired offers are removed from the website.

9. Corrections and reversals

If a retailer reverses an order after cashback has been confirmed or paid — for example, because of a later return — or if cashback was credited in error, we may adjust it against your current or future cashback. We'll tell you when this happens.
